A Ghost Kitchen (also called a Cloud Kitchen) is a restaurant without a dining room or service staff. Since Ghost Kitchens often no longer even have a kitchen, but outsource the preparation to large kitchens, they are specially designed for the delivery of food. Deliveries are made either by the restaurant’s own team and fleet of vehicles or by an external delivery service.
