Existing hardware devices can usually be used again for the setup. A tablet or monitor with touch function is enough to start with. The order terminal is connected to the store system directly, transferring orders in real time to the POS system where they are processed quickly and clearly just like in the web shop. During the initial set-up, our support team will assist you by phone or, if requested, through a colleague working with you on site.
