1. How does SIDES Pay work?

SIDES Pay works very simply. With the latest SIDES module, you can offer customers several payment methods for payment processing in the restaurant or online shop. SIDES Pay supports national and international payment providers such as Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, PayPal or SOFORT. Your customers decide for themselves which payment method they want to use. For this purpose, SIDES cooperates with the globally active payment service provider Stripe, which has integrated fraud prevention.

The SIDES payment module is activated in your administration. For payment in the restaurant, our partner Stripe provides the card reader so that you can quickly process payments on site. Invoice amounts are automatically transferred from your cash register to the terminal and do not have to be entered manually by your service staff.

Payment widgets are easily activated in your gastro online shop. In this way, you can offer your customers a fast and secure outlet for online payments. Thanks to the API-based integration of Stripe, SIDES Pay integrates seamlessly and offers a complete and secure payment solution for you and your customers.

2. How does SIDES Pay integrate with your restaurant software?

With SIDES Pay, you get an integrated payment solution that perfectly complements the SIDES POS system. SIDES Pay is fully integrated into the POS system and provides an interface between the cash register and the card terminal. It is no longer necessary to manually enter the invoice amount into the card reader before your customers pay, but it is transferred automatically. Card acceptance is also already integrated.

These advantages do not end at the cash register. With the help of the SIDES Pay interface, you can also allow your customers to pay securely via your web shop and thus enjoy the seamless interaction of the SIDES modules.

Thanks to simple payment reports and evaluations in the POS system, you can transparently track payments in the restaurant and web shop at any time. SIDES offers you the perfect all-in-one solution with one system for the entire ordering process, from order to payment.

3. How much does SIDES Pay cost?

The SIDES Pay conditions are individual and vary depending on the various packages that you can book with us.
